Change has always been an integral part of any business environment. In the process of adapting to the changing business scenarios, organizations struggle to streamline the quality of their projects which ultimately affecting project lifecycles. Traditional methodologies followed by organizations in streamlining project management usually lack flexibility. This is generally the reason for ineffective communication and silos between departments that often leads to inefficient workflows and ultimately, failed projects. To fix these challenges, organizations must adopt Agile methodologies to gain better visibility into project management, increase team efficiency. They should be able to adapt and scale with “changing times.” As a multi-national software integrator in the EMEA region, Dubai-based Infosysta helps companies append “Agility” into their projects.

Infosysta provides high-grade quality consultancy service and has been recognized as an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner in the EMEA region. The company is actively involved in organizing yearly summits and is investing a lot of effort into developing an Agile Culture among the businesses in the region. They bridge the gap between the various departments and stakeholders of its clients by introducing Agile project management solutions. The solutions address the challenges of distributed and disintegrated communications between any company’s various departments.

What makes Infosysta even special is their expertise with the Atlassian Suite of products. Being a Platinum Solution Partner for Atlassian, Infosysta implements Jira Software, Confluence as well as Bitbucket to plan, track and support the organizational workflow for its clients. The company is also involved in expanding the suite of Atlassian products by adding purpose-built apps and tools such as Service Desk Portal, Jira for Outlook, and Google to Jira. The company adopts methodologies like Kanban and Scrum or sometimes the mix of both to solve clients’ project management roadblocks. He clarifies that these technologies can be further used in application life cycle management, change request management, demand management, and to minimize the backlogs in any distributed processes.

Infosysta’s clientele is very diversified and ranges across government departments, corporate and private sector companies like airlines, banks, retailer, and many more. The company recently partnered with a telecom client who had about 35,000 employees distributed in and around their country of operation. The challenge was to implement an end-to-end demand management process with SLAs and OLAs in place. Infosysta came up with a solution that was fully Agile and implemented in three layers such that the higher-level business executives could interact with the IT department and other level employees in a hassle-free manner. The whole implementation was a huge task, and was performed in three iterations and was completed in one and a half years. The client was ultimately able to gain an end to end visibility in the workflow that covered the demand request management.

With many such happy clients, Infosysta is witnessing a growth phase due to the increasing demand for Agile transformation in the EMEA region. The company has already has set its footprints in cities like Riyadh, Cairo, London, and Paris, and aims at establishing a presence in a few more cities through local teams. Infosysta strongly believes in being business-driven rather than a tool-driven company.
